Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Inside Life Live Election Results handles information submitted to its independent public polling-unit result-sheet archive.

Public information

Uploaded result sheets, polling-unit locations, election type, party vote figures, submission time and public reference number may be displayed publicly. Do not upload voter cards, secret ballots, identity documents or private voter information.

Information kept out of the public record

Submitter contact information is available only to authorized administrators for integrity review. Network addresses are converted into short-lived cryptographic hashes used for abuse prevention; the public does not receive the original address.

Storage and integrity

Original sheets and their cryptographic fingerprints are stored to preserve the submitted record, identify exact duplicates and support later comparison. Hidden records may be retained privately for accountability and investigation.

Service providers

The service relies on managed website, database and file-storage infrastructure. Those providers process information needed to operate and secure the service.

Your responsibility

Upload only election evidence you are legally permitted to share. Avoid unnecessary personal information. Public result sheets can be copied or redistributed after publication.

Requests

Questions or lawful privacy requests should be sent through the official Inside Life communication channel that supplied this app link. Include the public result reference when asking about a specific submission.
